The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is an administrative department in the executive branch of the state of Wisconsin responsible for corrections in Wisconsin, including state prisons. As of 2012, the department is administered by Secretary Edward F. Wall. The DOC secretary is a cabinet member appointed by the Governor of Wisconsin and confirmed by the Wisconsin Senate.〔(WIS DOC-Leadership ).〕 Divisions of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections include: the Division of Juvenile Corrections, the Division of Adult Institutions, the Division of Community Corrections and Division of Management Services. June 9, 2008.〕 == Division of Adult Institutions == The Division of Adult Institutions (DAI) oversees 20 adult facilities and the Bureau of Correctional Enterprises, the Bureau of Health Services and the Bureau of Offender Classification and Movement.〔(Division of Adult Institutions ).〕 The division also administers the Wisconsin Correctional Center System, which consists of 13 facilities statewide that assist inmates in reintegration to the community.〔(Wisconsin Correctional Center System ).〕
